Open House for Election Workers

The DC Board of Elections (DCBOE) needs 3,500 election workers for the Primary Election on June 2, 2020. If you would like to serve your community on Election Day, now’s your opportunity to learn how.

DCBOE invites interested District residents to an open house on Saturday, March 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Board’s offices (1015 Half St. SE, Suite 750).

All attendees will learn about the various election worker positions and responsibilities and receive a hands-on demonstration on voting equipment. Workers are paid a daily stipend of $250.

You can also apply to be an election worker right now online.

Get the FAQs about being an election day worker by visiting DCBOE.org. To for the session, visit VolunteerMatch.org and enter the keyword DCBOE in the search box,  call (202) 727-2041 or email [email protected].
